an easy practice method to train your reflex shots, is to play in any map and pick the terrorist or counter-terrorist team depending on the guns you want to train. use the following commands:

sv_cheats 1
restart
bind v "impulse 101"
mp_friendlyfire 1
bot_add_ct or bot_add_t
bot_zombie 1

* bot_add according to the team you are in. if you are in terrorist, bot_add_t. if you are in counter-terrorist team, bot_add_ct.
* press the V key everytime you want have money.

the advantage of this training is that your teammates will take a bit longer to kill. first, start of by aiming at a wall or anything next to your idle teammate. then, very quickly, move your your mouse to his head and shoot one bullet. if you barely hit his head with your bullets, try moving your mouse between the wall and the enemy slowly to get the picture of the distance and speed needed to make the reflex shot. if you do hit his head, it will likely take 3 bullets to kill him. this way you will practice your muscle memory to automatically move the mouse to the enemy every time you see one.

buy extra bullets if you need to. your money will be reduced every time you hit a teammate, so use the money cheat. after you have killed all your teammates, type sv_restart 1 in console and repeat.
